The Spinc & Glenealo Valley
Boardwalked climb to the cliff-top above the Upper Lake, then down through an old miners' village. Unforgettable.
Miners' Road (Green Trail)
Flat lakeside amble to the ruined lead mines at the head of the valley. Suits buggies and anyone short on energy.
Poulanass Waterfall (Blue Trail)
Short uphill to a hidden waterfall above the monastic city. Great introduction for first-time visitors.
Powerscourt Waterfall Walk
Ireland's tallest waterfall at the end of a short, easy walk through ancient woodland. Perfect with kids.
Powerscourt Walled Gardens Loop
Formal Italian gardens, Japanese garden, pet cemetery and a view straight down onto the Sugar Loaf.

Wicklow Way — Stage 5: Glenmalure → Moyne
The longest stage. Slieve Maan onto the Military Road, optional Aghavannagh stop, finishing in the Georgian hamlet of Moyne. End of the mountain stages.
Wicklow Way — Stage 6: Moyne → Shillelagh
Long descent into south Wicklow. Passes through Tinahely Town Square (95 km mark — Madeline's Accommodation) and Stranakelly crossroads (Tallon's "Dying Cow" pub) at the 100 km line.
Wicklow Way — Stage 7: Shillelagh → Clonegal
The final stage. Through Raheenakit Forest around Stookeen, Moylisha and Urelands hills, then the Derry River into Clonegal. Celebrate at Osborne's or Sean O'Duinn's.
Wicklow Way — Stage 4: Moyne → Glenmalure
Into the proper hills. Ends in the long, peaceful valley of Glenmalure.
Wicklow Way — Stage 5: Glenmalure → Glendalough
The high route between two of Wicklow's loveliest valleys. Exposed tops, boardwalks, steep descent.

The longest stage. Up over the shoulder of Djouce, past Lough Tay, down to Knockree hostel.
