Kilpedder
Kilpedder is an east Wicklow village near the N11, at the southern end of the Glen of the Downs — a wooded valley that forms a natural corridor between Greystones and Wicklow. The area is compact but well-placed for walkers: the Glen of the Downs nature reserve is within easy reach, Kilcoole Beach and the coastal path are a short drive east, and Greystones and Bray are accessible by rail. It is a quieter residential base for the east Wicklow coast than its better-known neighbours.
