Kindlestown Wood is an easy 4–5 km family-friendly woodland loop near Delgany in north Wicklow. Mature mixed broadleaf and conifer forest, peaceful woodland tracks and scenic views across north Wicklow from the higher sections. Parts of the woodland occupy historic estate lands associated with the Kindlestown area. Allow 1–1.5 hours.

Start at one of the woodland entrances near Delgany. The Kindlestown Wood Loop is approx. 4–5 km — an easy woodland loop following forest tracks and hillside paths. Allow 1–1.5 hours. Woodland tracks, gravel paths and uneven forest ground.
