Greenan Farm Museum & Maze
A working Wicklow hill farm that opens its barns, fields and hedge maze to visitors. Four generations of family farming equipment, a traditional Irish cottage, and one of Ireland's best hedge mazes — planted in 1989, now fully mature.
What to see
The Farm Museum covers 100 years of Irish farming with original machinery, a vintage tractor collection, a kitchen display and a traditional farmhouse interior. The Hedge Maze (Irish yew, about 7,000 plants) takes 15–20 minutes to solve. Farm animals, a nature trail through the woods, and a café with fresh scones.
Admission
Adult around €9.50, family tickets available. Open Easter to September, closed November to March. Weather-dependent — mostly outdoor.
Good for
Families with kids 4–12 especially. Combine with a visit to Avondale, Clara Lara, or Hidden Valley — all within 15 minutes.
